Peer Navigator
The program includes:

Connect with other LGBTQ+ folx through conducting outreach on social media applications.

Be a part of social programs to link LGBTQ+ community members to life-saving services (such as counseling and HIV testing).

Attend weekly meetings with a dedicated supervisor and monthly team meetings to discuss areas of professional development, current tasks, and upcoming events.

Present sexual health workshops accross Long Island to uplift and empower community members to take control of their sexual health.
