This opportunity to meet providers across Long Island who serve the #trans and #nonbinary community will be held Sunday, April 23rd, 11 am - 3 pm at PFY’s Suffolk location (628 Long Island Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). This event is open to all ages and identities! But that’s not all... there will also be free workshops held by professionals on the legal name and gender marker change process and trans-inclusive family communication!
